Circulation Rules

1. Members should produce their Library Membership Card at the time of Book Issue & Return.

2. Books are issued and return from 10.00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

3. Books will be issued to the Students Members for 15 Days. An Over Due Charge of Rs. 1.00 for Each Book per Day Shall be Levied on a Member, If a Book is Kept Beyond the Loan Period.

4. Students can Reserve books at the Circulation Counter in case Books are already issued.

5. Books in demand may not be renewed.

6. Readers are responsible for books issued against their names.

7. Library reserves the right to recall any issued book even before the due date.

8. Borrowers must check about the physical condition of the books before borrowing otherwise they will be held responsible for any damage later or at the time of return.
